We have been asked this question a couple times. Sorry, but I do not allow puppies to leave without full payment. We understand the risk of buying a puppy out of state and having it shipped, but can assure you that we’re am not a scammer! We’ve heard many awful stories of people being scammed and I’m very sorry if you’ve been through that. Scammers have made things really hard for us breeders. But we can not let a puppy leave without full or a deposit payment. We have done this before, trying to be nice, and it’s never worked for me! I’ve gotten scammed, or people had me waiting up to a year to pay off what they owe. You’re welcome to fly in after making a reservation, or drive, to meet up in person to get your puppy after making a reservation and pay remaining balance.
Your puppy is up to date on vaccines, and we ask that you do not give any more vaccines of puppy until a minimum of at least 14 days from the last vaccine given. Feed feed feed! Make sure to feed your puppy following the precise instructions that are in your welcome packet. The trip is a stressful one for your puppy so make sure to feed and allow your puppy to rest for the rest of the day in his kennel. We understand that it is exciting to receive your new puppy, but it is vital for the puppy to eat and rest in the kennel partially covered by a warm towel or blanket.
